One of the most awarded Assistant Lecturers in terms of performance and student satisfaction, I research and teach all aspects of Operations Management in both manufacturing and service organizations. I am acknowledged for my research in the field of Operations Management, which includes: Business and Management Theories, Qualitative and Quantitative Research Techniques, Service Quality Management, Education Quality Assurance, Road Safety Management and Public Management Theories.
