Biography

 He combined medical school at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm with his PhD education. After MD and Phd exams he went on with a special position of research internship at Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge (Stockholm). 

 
Training for specialist degree as a clinical physiologist took place at the hospital Södersjukhuset in Stockholm. Clinical physiology is by the way a branch of medicine that is not so common in other countries than the Nordics. Clinical physiologist investigates patients and send them back to their referring doctor with a statement. Investigations he is trained in includes ECG (and LTER), exercise tests, ultrasounds of the heart and vessels, cardiac scintigraphy, lung function tests, and some others. 
 
His interest over the years has been mainly in the field of particle deposition in human lung and lung function tests. 
 
After 15 years as a clinical physiologist he left the hospital for a position as Medical Manager at Boehringer-Ingelheim in Stockholm.
 
In addition to his clinical work his research has been moving along mainly in spare time, resulting in about 30 scientific papers.
Research Interest

 ECG (and LTER), exercise tests, ultrasounds of the heart and vessels, cardiac scintigraphy, lung function tests, and some others. His interest over the years has been mainly in the field of particle deposition in human lung and lung function tests.
