Mark Cameron is a research team and project leader at the CSIRO ICT Centre, Australia, where he leads k team developing a platform and tools to deliver situation awareness from near real-time social media text streams. His research interests include spatial databases, spatial information systems, spatial decision support systems, information integration, and Websetvice composition planning. Cameron has a PhD in computer science and technology from Australian National University.
