He is a Member of the scientific committee of the international journal: JP Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, (ISSN:0973-5763).He also holds the position of President together with the prof. F. Mayinger (University of Munich), the International Conference "Single andTwo-Phase Natural Circulation (Eurotherm no. 63) and is a member of the Union of Italian Termofluidodinamica.
