Biography

Colleen is an embryologist and molecular geneticist and a member of both the CARE Fertility IVF and Genesis Genetics UK scientific teams. After completing a degree in Genetics and a Masters in Medical Genetics, she joined CARE as an embryologist in 2004. This dual experience and education allows her to combine the skills necessary to both care for a couples embryos and test them for inherited disease. Her knowledge of genetic conditions and molecular diagnostic technologies has provided a solid foundation for the IVF-PGD programme.
