Biography

Lakiss H Currently working as associate professor at the Lebanese University in Lebanon Her professional experience are as Member of the Board of Directors in solidarity fund for members of the teaching staff at the Lebanese University. Member of the Board of directors of Lebanese Industrial Research Achievements Program (LIRA). Research Engineer and Instructor as Teaching many courses at the INSAT (National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse), France. Research Engineer, INSAT (National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse), France. Research activities.Consultant to various Ministers Consultant to Minister of Industry for two years (2008-2010). Consultant for the Project of Needs assessments for the vocational & technical education, World Bank, Beirut – Lebanon. Assuring effective collaboration with the Ministry, with national and international consultants and with national project stakeholders. Management of project teams. Project plan development and control, resource estimation and scheduling. She has awarded her Ph.D Mechanical Engineering in Machine Designin 2000.

Lakiss H research interest includes the relevance of Composite materials, Finite Elements, Machine Design.
