Koji Ikeda

Biography

Dr. Koji Ikeda is from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Graduated School of Medical Science, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Kajii-cho, Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The author’s Skills and expertise in Cardiovascular Medicine, Atherosclerosis, Vascular Medicine, Cardiovascular Biology. The author had published 88 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations. His research interest is vascular biology, especially identifying a role of endothelial cells in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Recently, He is interested in endothelial senescence, and working on the mechanism by which endothelial cell senescence modulates organ functions during aging.
