Prof. Giuseppe Derosa, MD, PhD, FESC was born in Lodi (Italy) and has accomplished his Medical Doctor Degree at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Milan, San Raffaele Hospital, Italy. He has achieved the Specialization in Internal Medicine at the University of Pavia, Italy, and the PhD (Doctorate of Medical Pathophysiology and Therapy) at the University of Pavia, Italy. He is Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the Department of Internal Medicine and Therapeutics, University of Pavia, Italy, and he is currently Aggregate Professor at the University of Pavia, Italy
