Biography
He is awarded PhD in Biology from University of Southern California, USA in 1967, followed by Master of Marine Affairs from University of Rhode Island, USA in 1974. Currently, he is working as a Professor in Department of Oceanography from University of Concepcion, Chile. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests as a professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
