Postdoctoral fellow LIH Oncology department.During my PhD, I worked in Dr. Valitutti's team on melanoma cells resistance to cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) attack at the lytic synapse. I investigated the molecular mechanisms involve in melanoma cells synaptic response to CTL attack. I used and optimized complementary approaches to study these mechanisms at a cell population level and single cell level by spinning-disk confocal video microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy.
