Biography
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (1998) and Doctor (2009), both from the UPV / EHU. Specialist in Intensive Medicine (2004), he has worked in the Intensive Care Unit of the Donostia University Hospital since 2004. Associate professor at the UPV / EHU Faculty of Medicine and Nursing since 2007. He carries out most of his activity in the clinical field , in the Intensive Care Unit. His main line of research is acute pancreatitis in critically ill patients. He has directed or co-directed 5 doctoral theses, and has participated in several conferences
