Dr. Hermel is the Professor of Department of Basic Sciences, MSMHS, Preclinical Education, Research in Touro University of California. He has completed his PhD from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX (1992), M.S. from C.W. Post College of Long Island University, Greenvale, NY (1983) and B.A. from Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY (1978).
