Emily Haroz

Biography

She completed her PhD in Mental Health, 2015 at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her MA in Psychology in Education,2010 at Columbia University and BA in History at University of Puget Sound. Emily is a doctoral student in the Department of Mental Health advised by Dr. Judy Bass. Her main research interests involve measurement of common mental disorders across cultures and investigating resiliency factors in low-resource and humanitarian crisis settings. Prior to coming to Hopkins, Emily received a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
