Biography

Denee Mwendwa is an Associate Professor at Howard University in the department of abnormal Psychology. Her research interests include examining the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that influence cardiovascular and chronic kidney disease in African Americans. Her courses include graduate level Health Psychology and Individual Psychotherapy, as well as undergraduate.
