Biography
David G. Meyers, MD, MPH, a native of Iowa, received his medical degree at the University of Iowa. He completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine at Creighton University and cardiology at the Medical College of Virginia. He also earned his masters degree in public health and preventive medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Meyers has 30 years of practice experience in academic medicine, most recently as a professor of cardiology and preventive medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
