Biography
Dr. Ashokan Arumugam is an Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapist with a special interest in biomechanical analyses of muscle activity and joint motion of the lower limbs and associated brain activation patterns in individuals with anterior cruciate ligament injuries and knee-healthy controls and athletes. He is employed as an Assistant Professor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He received his PhD from the School of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, New Zealand in August 2014.
