Biography

Dr. Andrew D. Foey is Professor in Immunology at Plymouth University, USA. He received his B.Sc. in Applied Biological Sciences from Bristol Polytechnic in 1989. He did his PhD "Modulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine expression by intracellular cations." from University of Bath. Dr. Andrew D. Foey research interests include Cytokine Immunopathology in inflammatory conditions, monocyte /macrophage biology, probiotics as immunomodulators, cell-to-cell interactions, cell signalling, apoptosis and cell cytometry
