Biography
Dr. Amy Wheeler, is the Founder and Director of the Optimal State Yoga Therapy Programs. Amy served on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Yoga Therapists from 2014-2020. Amy was the President of the board from 2018-2020. Amy has traveled globally promoting the field of Yoga Therapy for the past decade. Her studies of yoga therapy started in 2001 at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India and continue to this day.
