Biography
Dr. Alba Grifoni have focused her career understanding the immune response response to viral pathogens identifying T cell epitopes able to induce an efficient immune responses. She currently works at the Division of Vaccine Discovery, La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology with Alessandro Sette and Daniela Weiskopf. Her efforts are dedicated to characterize human flavivirus-specific CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses in samples from endemic areas and/or after experimental vaccinations.
