This is a subjective exploration dependent on account stories created through request, studio and by the specialist's experience. For the motivations behind the current work, a few records were roused on autoethnography. The wellbeing experts from seven fortes that work in the neonatal and pediatric ICU on the Public Hospital in the Rio de Janeiro State open country manages of birth, agony and passing of kids. The exploration gives how they recognize the indications of experiencing at work. We accept that the utilization of accounts is a gadget fit for including those elements of involvement from which one attempts to separate oneself (Bruner,1991), in this way creating information about the life and the demise in the work interaction created.
