Abstract

A generalized statistical convergence via ideals in 2-normed spaces

In this paper we introduce and investigate lacunary convergence, I-statistical convergence, strongly lacunary convergence, strongly Ilacunary convergence, strongly I ∗ -lacunary convergence and strongly I-lacunary Cauchy sequences in 2-normed spaces and study their certain properties. Also, we give the notion of I-statistically pre-Cauchy sequences in 2 normed. We mainly show that I-statistical convergence implies I-statistically pre-Cauchy condition and give certain sucient conditions for the converse to be true.
