Innovative strategies for clinical trials: Fighting against nCov-19

The COVID-19 epidemic is provoking numerous questions at all levels. It also shows that modern society is extremely vulnerable and unprepared to such events. A wide scientific and public discussion becomes necessary. This special issue of Journal of Clinical Trials will publish scientific papers in a broad range of topics related to coronavirus infection and epidemic, reports and data analysis, as well as more general prospective articles. The special issue will contain a mixture of invited articles, and spontaneous submissions.

In order to accelerate the publication of papers, articles will be reviewed by members of the editorial board. The publication process will be fast-tracked as the timely availability of research is crucial to meeting and overcoming the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.

Jian-Yu is an Assistant Professor in Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, United States of America. He has a vast experience in dealing with Concentration in Clinical Trials & Evidence Synthesis. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.

This call for papers on the theme of Innovative strategies for clinical trials: Fighting against nCov-19 is intended to indicate insights and viewpoints from scholars regarding risk and resilience analytics for policy making and operations of large-scale systems on this epidemic. Authors are encouraged to submit their articles addressing the theme of this special issue.

This special issue will glance at recent trends and updates that aim to further insight to tackle Coronaviruses and COVID-19. Breakthrough research and concise and to the point review papers dealing with Innovative strategies for clinical trials: Fighting against nCov-19 using different strategic measures are welcome in this special issue. The articles should be designed spanning across all important aspects encompassing the thematic aspects of this special issue.

We welcome both solicited and unsolicited submissions that will contribute to this goal.
