Dr. Riccardo Lattanzi is currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Radiology, Radiology, New York University, US. His research interest focused primarily on developing new techniques and technologies for high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and, more recently, on developing new methods for early diagnosis of cartilage degeneration in the hip joint. He is an expert in parallel MRI techniques, which employs many-element arrays of RF detectors to accelerate MR image acquisition. He is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Molecular Imaging & Dynamics. He has authored of several research articles/books related to parallel MRI techniques.
