Muhammad Mazhar Ayaz

Biography

Dr. Muhammad Mazhar Ayaz has received his PhD in Veterinary Parasitology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad, AMBO from Riken, Sitama, Japan, Special Diagnostic Training from VRI Lanzhou, China, Advanced Molecular diagnostics from NIBGE, Pakistan and ParsCo, Italy. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in Laboratory of Parasitic Chemotherapy and Vector-Borne Disease, Parasitology section, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as member of faculty Board. His research has included immunology, Protozoology, Biotechnology for Parasites, Blood protozoans and helminthes. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as: Star Asia Award, Mem. R.E.S (London), Fellow ParsCo (Italy). He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like JARVS & expert Reviewers for journals like OMICS group. He has authored more than 60 research articles/books. He is a member of several societies including Royal Entomological Society (London), Life Member Pakistan Society of Parasitologists.
