Biography

Dr. CARLOS Bregni is Pharmacist and Doctor of the University of Buenos Aires. Currently holds the position of Consulting Professor Titular at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Buenos Aires. Professor, Department of Biology at the University John F. Kennedy Argentina. He has been Professor Plenary with Exclusive Dedication Farmacotecnia the Chair and Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology. Secretary of Institutional and International Relations 2002-2010 and Chairman of the Committee of University Extension at the same college. Professor of Rheology and Stability of specialization in production Cosmetics UBA. Former Visiting Professor of Farmacotecnia in the Department of Biology, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, National University of the South; Faculty of Exact, Chemical and Natural Sciences, National University of Misiones and the National University of La Plata. Director of Research Projects in the area of new therapeutic systems at the University of Buenos Aires, the National University of Misiones and the National University of the Chaco Austral. Director of sixteen doctoral theses in the chemical and pharmaceutical area. Hundred published papers in national and international journals and more than two hundred presentations at conferences specialty. Member of the National Academy of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Member of the Board of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry in the period 1998-2006. Academic Coordinator in the area of pharmacy SCALE Program Student Association of Universities Montevideo Group during the period 2005-2008. First president and founding member of the Argentina Association of Rheology. Visiting Professor at the University of Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand (France), at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), University of Guayaquil (Ecuador) and the National University of El Salvador. Expert by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Panama and Nicaragua. Scientific and technical PAHO / WHO in Ecuador.
