Health care workers face chronic stressors that compromise wellbeing and patient care quality. This study examines organi zational interventions aimed at improving resilience among health care staff, including peer support programs, leadership training, and systemic workload redesign. Using mixed methods, the project links structural changes to decreased burnout rates and enhanced job satisfaction. Practical strategies for global health systems and policy implications for workforce re tention are included.
Lina Ahmed is Associate Professor of Occupational Health at King Saud University. With over 15 years of experience in work force wellbeing research, she has led international collaborations aimed at strengthening health care work environments. Her work informs both regional and WHO mental health workforce policies.
