Viral haemorrhagic fevers remain a major public health threat in sub-Saharan Africa. This presentation reviews recent ad vances in vaccine research for Ebola, Lassa fever, and Marburg virus, with a focus on clinical trial outcomes and deployment challenges. Barriers such as cold-chain limitations, vaccine hesitancy, and outbreak-driven trial designs are explored. Strat egies for strengthening regional vaccine manufacturing capacity are proposed.
