Abstract :

Tissue expansion is a modality, whereby tissue is expanded through a period of time to attain certain size and can be used to replace a tissue in a nearby area and contain the same color and texture of that area. Tissue expansion is an excellent modality of treatment for scar alopecia of the scalp and other scar area in the body, giant navai of the body and certain other conditions. This tissue expansion has very good result in head, neck, breast area and limited use of the lower half of the body.
