Abstract :

Physical therapy is a concise and detailed synopsis of both clinical and self-directed treatment of the sacroiliac joint. It is appropriate for both the lay person seeking a self-help guide on back pain as well as experienced clinicians looking to supplement their education and home exercise instruction for their patients. Although this book targets the female population, (especially women of child bearing age), the information is applicable to all sacroiliac patients. Many clinicians find themselves successfully treating this area in the clinic but lack the patient education and home program instruction to help their patient achieve lasting relief. This eBook presents an informative and simple guide which outlines phased in exercises as well as explaining the anatomy and pathology of the sacroiliac area. In his 39 years as a practicing physical therapist, author has observed that when women experience back pain, their source of pain is often very different than men. This is due to a woman's capacity to have children. Many have seen countless doctors, had unnecessary surgeries, and are unfortunately still in pain. After encountering many of these individuals who have suffered for years, he has discovered a â??Back Pain Secretâ? and he's sharing it in his exciting new eBook! Using the techniques explained and illustrated in this eBook, readers are able to help identify the source of their pain. Then through illustrations, instructions, and 16 exercise videos directly accessible through the eBook, one can learn how to treat and alleviate their pain.
