Climate change is altering the geographic distribution and transmission dynamics of arboviruses such as dengue, Zika, and chikungunya. This presentation highlights the use of genomic epidemiology to track viral spread and evolution in endemic and newly affected regions. Findings demonstrate how temperature shifts and urbanization influence viral diversity and outbreak severity. Implications for vaccine strategies and public health preparedness are discussed.
