Introduction: Additive Hearing loss affects 10% of the adult population and it is considered a common sensory impairment. According to Western medicine, diagnostic studies include audiometry and imaging in some cases. The therapeutic options include hearing aids, middle ear surgery, assistive listening devices, and cochlear implantation depending on the severity and type of hearing loss. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hearing process is commanded by the Kidney. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that patients with hearing loss have internal five massive organs (Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, and Kidney) with the lowest level of energy mainly the Kidney energy that is responsible for the hearing process. Methods: two cases were reported of 76 years-old female and 74 years-old male patients with a history of hearing loss for a long time and who need to use hearing aids. Measurement of the internal five massive organs’ energy using a crystal pendulum was done. Results: all internal five massive organs were in the lowest level of energy, rated one out of eight. The treatment of this condition consisted of Chinese dietary counseling avoiding the ingestion of coffee, soda, matte tea, dairy products, and others. It is used for the treatment auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and replenishment of these organs using highly diluted medications according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and crystal-based medications. The conclusion of this study is that patients with hearing loss have internal five massive organs with the lowest level of energy mainly the Kidney which is responsible for the hearing process according to TCM. The treatment of this condition using Chinese dietary counseling, auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting, and replenishment of all these organs using homeopathy medications according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine is of paramount importance to treat the “root” of the problem and not just treating the symptoms, that is the hearing loss itself.
