Abstract :

Statement of the Problem: This cutting-edge paper attributes proper metallization in connection with positive psychology aiding in psychosomatic processes on the compelling examples drawn from artistic cultural constructs in the context of environmental science. It utterly innovatively explores the focal role of creative force and why it matters for constitutional self by delving into interrelations between psyche and soma and analysing physiological basis for instinctual energy from the perspective of neuroscience. Methodology & Theoretical Orientation: The presentation relies on medical understandings in taking as illustrations visual artworks, including phenomena like eco-musealization, along with otherwise artistic (musical, architectural) representations of nature as well as correlative environmental literary narratives in English, French, German and Italian-language in global perspectives in the pursuit of cultivating a sharpened inner sense of self and resolving trauma-related issues. In exploring how to bring to the psychosomatic healing it considers brain-imaging tools in monitoring neural activity in relation to the concept of sustainability. Findings: The paper presents a detailed analysis of specific cases to illustrate how self-expression through artistic exercises, that often involve probing the subconscious and extending beyond immediate conscious recall, as deeper emotional and psychological layers that are not readily available through immediate thought, can facilitate healing of somatic experiences. It occurs through a sustained dialogue with the external environment, fostering a syntonic relationship that is conducive to optimal healing enhancing individual well-being, bridged by artistic involvement. Conclusion & Significance: This interaction between self-reflection and the surrounding world comprised within in an ecological sense not only nurtures creativity but also promotes a holistic improvement, integrating mind and body in a profound way. This presentation explores the productive entanglements of biomedical and humanities studies through an interdisciplinary approach that enhances both fields, with ecology as the guiding thread, providing various scientific opportunities that would have otherwise remained unexplored.
