Introduction: Psoriasis is a lifelong skin disease with relapse & remission. It affects 2-3% of the world’s population. Most commonly occurs on scalp, trunk, buttock, elbows, and knees. But there are some presentation of psoriasis which may mimic with some other skin diseases. Materials and methods: Some cases of Psoriasis still remain diagnostic challenges for many of us. Here we will find out the diagnostic difficult cases of psoriasis in our daily practice. Different types of photographs and laboratory tests are used in this studies. Results: Confirmed diagnosis is made by different tests based on clinical suspicion Discussion: Some cases of psoriasis mimicking with other cases will be discussed Conclusion: Psoriasis mimicking skin conditions are not uncommon . Proper history taking, Careful examination, laboratory testing are very important for confirm diagnosis and best treatment.
