Suicide remains a leading cause of death among young adults in Latin America. Despite effective interventions globally, cultural barriers limit their applicability across diverse communities. This study evaluates culturally adapted psychosocial programs tailored for indigenous and urban youth populations. Using participatory action research methods, the project synthesizes community-specific risk factors, resilience pathways, and local healing practices. Findings indicate significant reductions in suicidal ideation and increases in social connectivity post-intervention. The talk offers scalable adaptation guidelines for clinicians and policymakers.
