Despite rapid advances in vaccine science, inequitable access remains a critical global challenge. This presentation examines translational and policy-level barriers that limit vaccine availability in low- and middle-income countries. Drawing on recent experiences from COVID-19 and other emerging infections, the talk outlines strategies for technology transfer, regional man ufacturing, and regulatory harmonization to improve global vaccine equity.
