Abstract :

First community-based mobile common dried processing installed by PCSIR technology Pakistan/1975, operated by farming/industry/urban communities, skilled/industrial researchers/scientists. Each loss isconverted to profit by future based scientific/technological, 2500 value-added recycling/DRYING technologies at sourcing; moisture is reduced technically to safety in field/ farming areas. MOBILE dehydration plant operated with 85% females, physical and theoretical chemistry sustainability achieved commercially, females domestically trained. Five Slicing/value-added drying centers, sustained AGRI atseasonal stations, industrial TECH minimized emission/toxicity/pollution /weight/volume instantly up to12%, managed scientific tech solutions in low farming families areas. Five seasonal slicing centers installed in 50 villages, commercial drying field-based industrialization, Found/followed/faced/killed perishability, as front foot fighter. Climatic conditions/SGDs industrialized, 40% SAVING possible during 2022-2023 instead of 2030 to Physical and Theoretical chemistry on a turn-key basis. SKAL/US.AID/IAEA//HALAL/ PFA certified on 28/06/2004. Nutri-Drying, simple principles that don’t let food get wasted, adopted scientific, initiatives/ practical/least cost farmer-drying partnerships, killed perishability/Volume/Weight up to 80%, achieved sustainable recycling/food system reshaped/recreated, commercialized transformations supported, bioengineering/biotechnology/ physical topping/tailing applications incorporated. Physical tech-drying sustainability researched farm-based practicalities, value-added/innovations invented by ten Pre/post-harvest training/seasonal infrastructure stations, promoted industrial mobile methodologies/equities, mobile methodologies, diversity/equity/inclusion focused and generated 25% jobs opportunities, and domestic laboratorybased technologies enhanced commercial industrialization. Farmer/urbanization/industry partnership generated processing clusters, dominated losses, sustained next crops, and recycling funding sustained. Pakistan Army followed motivated/impacted challenges of killing terrorism atsourcing small domestic foods laboratory-based technologies enhanced to commercial industrialization.

Biography :

He developed least cost, effective, farmer-friendly innovative dried processing value added technologies for food security to eliminate the hunger since 1975 ensured success for farmers at approachable areas. To mitigate PHL, innovative approach is required rather than subjective. Our technological/scientific experience of 40 years, developed Innovative dried processing technology through in-house technology/ fabrication with new scientific lines. Our unique technological, life time sustainable, scientific industrial research technology converted expensive processing lines to affordable processing lines, especially for the small scale farming. FAO, Illinois University acknowledged our least cost dried processing technology, found fit for under developed countries, initiated food irradiation exclusively in partnership with IAEA/FAO since 1990. IAEA / FOOD IRRADIATION granted us in R&D of Food irradiation for dried natural/ organic/Horti/dairy/live stocks/fisheries ingredients/value addition.
