Biopesticides Impact Factor

The strategy of using biopesticides for a sustainable protection of agricultural crops as part of food production process involves different factors of the agro-drugs market at different level. Biopesticides doubled their weight within the sector over a ten years period. Biopesticides are formulations made from naturally occurring substances that control pests by non-toxic mechanisms and in an ecofriendly manner. They may be derived from animals, plants, microorganisms and include living organisms, their products or byproducts which can be used for the pest management.
