As an emerging pathogen, Mycobacterium microtii presents unique challenges in diagnosis, treatment, and understanding its epidemiology [1]. Understanding Mycobacterium microtii

Mycobacterium microtii is a slow-growing, acid-fast bacterium belonging to the genus Mycobacterium.
