Biography

Dr. Wenjie Xia is Principal Scientist, lab of Microbiology at Power Environmental Energy Research Institute, USA. He has completed his Ph.d in Fluid Mechanics, Research direction is Microbial EOR Institute of porous flow & fluid mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science, China. He has 25 publications and has been awarded, Scientific and Technological Achievements, Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development (RIPED, PetroChina, Beijing, China).

Research Interest

Microbial enhanced oil recovery, Water & soil bio-remediation, Bio-surfactant & Bio-polymer, Biomass & CO2 bio-conversion, Organic pollutant degradation, Colloid and interfacial science.
