Vlatka Tomic

Biography

VlatkaTomic received her medical degree from Osijek School of Medicine in 2004. She joined Zagreb University in Ob/Gyn Department in 2006 and has been focusing her research in luteal phase support, in-vitro fertilization outcome and early pregnancy. From 2007 she is also working as clinician at the University Clinical Center “SestreMilosrdnice” in Ob/Gyn Department with special interest in human reproduction and in-vitro fertilization treatment and procedures. Dr. Tomic authored and co-authored several book chapters, journal articles in current contents (CC), Pub Med, EMBASE and other scientific bases and presented over 30 papers at both national (Croatia) and international scientific meetings. She is reviewer of respected international journals such as BJOG, Fertility and Sterility and ActaPaediatrica Nurturing the Child. In 2010 she gained Best Abstract Award at 13th World congress of Controversies in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
