Shuaian Wang has obtained the Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University and double master degree in production systems engineering and industrial engineering from RWTH Aachen University and Tsinghua University. He will obtain a PhD from the faculty of engineering, National University of Singapore. He worked with Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company as an industrial engineer in 2009 and in the headquarter of Volkswagen as a welding engineer in 2008. Moreover, he has also worked in Liu, Shen & Associates, as a patent engineer, providing patent application services for automotive companies such as BMW and General Motors. He is very active in academic research and has published more than 10 SCI-indexed journal papers.
