Kennard R. Laviers has completed his PhD Computer Science, University of Central Florida, Orlando, in the year 2011. He has worked as Information Technology Director, Special Operations Wing, Kirtland AFB, NM.(2006-2008). Now he is working as Assistant Professor of Computer Engineering, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Air Force Institute of Technology
