Biography

Islam M. Saadeldin has received his Ph.D. degree from Seoul National University, South Korea. He was a visiting scholar at Niigata University, Japan. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor of Physiology at Zagazig University, Egypt.

Research Interest

Improvement of animal production and reproduction through the advanced biotechnology such as somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) or reproductive and therapeutic cloning, genome editing (TALENs and CRISPR/Cas9), transgenesis and assisted reproductive techniques (ARTs) as well as parthenogenesis and embryonic stem cells applications. In addition, elucidating the roles of exosomes in embryonic-maternal crosstalk.
