Dr. Huruma N Tuntufye received his master degree in molecular biology and PhD in bioscience engineering from University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in Belgium. Currently, he is working as a posdoctoral researcher in the department of biosystems, University of Leuven.
Dr. Huruma N Tuntufye\'s research Interests includes Host-pathogen interactions with emphasis on microbes’ interactions with their different hosts’ environment and the reaction of the hosts toward the microbes’ invasions with emphasis to innate immunity, Molecular microbiology with emphasis on microbial genetic engineering and Vaccine design: Search and evaluation of new vaccine candidates; Testing different vaccine delivery systems.
