Gaurav Nigam

Biography

Dr. Nigam is board certified by American Board of Sleep medicine as well as Family medicine and Obesity medicine. His research focus is primarily in the area of central sleep apnea, including treatment emergent central sleep apnea. He is also one of the early researchers to discover a new parasomnia called "sleep related scratching". He has an integrated, wholesome approach towards maintenance of health for his patients. He splits his time between doing clinic work, hospitalist and ER work as well as clinical research. In his free time he enjoys biking, playing tennis, ping-pong and enjoying nature and wildlife as well as doing charity work in the community.
