I work basically with plant-based natural products and their role in cancer prevention and treatment. I am working on several medicinal herbs to identify the potential active compounds. My Bachelor of Science degree was in Biotechnology. Biochemistry and Chemistry from Osmania University, India. I commenced MSc (Biotechnology) in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India by securing a 3rd position in the entrance exam and gained a masters degree in the year 2013. I perused PhD from the Department of Biological Sciences, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, under the international student scholarship Program.
