Eleftherios A.Makris is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Musculoskeletal Bioengineering under the Guidance of Prof. Athanasiou, University of California, Davis. He was a Research fellow in Orthopedic Surgery Department at university of Larisa, Greece. He is a member of International membership of the American Academy of the Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), Orthopaedic Research Society and International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS) from 2011-2013. He is a member of Hellenic Bioscientific Association in the USA (HBA-USA), holding the position of Treasurer. He is also a member of General Medical Council (GMC), UK and Greece. He is also a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
