Dr. Bingyun Li received his PhD from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at West Virginia University. Dr. Li is a reviewer for more than 40 international journals, and he is serving as an editorial member of several international journals. Dr. Li has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed research articles, review papers, and book chapters. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, Materials Research Society, Orthopedic Research Society, and Society for Biomaterials. Dr. Li has been an invited speaker, panelist, or co-chair for a variety of events related to carbon capture and biomaterials. He has given more than 20 invited talks in national and international meetings and at peer universities, and received awards and prizes from national and international communities.
