Antonios Lampidonis is a Postdoctoral researcher at the National Center for Scientific Research (NCSR) “Demokritos” (Institute of Biology). During my M.Sc. and Ph.D. post-graduate studies at the Agricultural University of Athens and the Institute of Biology at NCSR [supported by Hellenic Foundation of Scholarships, through a fellowship), I had the chance to be trained in the thematic areas and related technologies of “Molecular Biology of Lipids” and “Targeted Chemotherapy of Bladder Cancer”. The five articles published in “Gene” journal, the one in “Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition” and the one in “International Journal of Oncology” clearly demonstrate the importance of my research activities in the advancement of the rapidly growing fields of “Biology of Lipids” and “Biology of Human Cancer”. The broad range of techniques and methodologies will definitely allow me to create novel platforms in “Regulation of Genes Expression” and “Chemotherapy of Bladder Cancer”.
