  Levels of mobility that are more advanced or ‘high-level’ that independent walking are required for participation and play in many social, leisure and social activities. These activities are important for quality of life. In recent years there has been a shift towards clinical research and programs that are aimed to improve a person’s capacity for high-level mobility.
